This Guatemalan coffee is a "Strictly Hard Bean" coffee which is associated with high gown coffee which is denser and more consistent in flavour. It usually refers to coffee grown at altitudes higher than about 4,500 feet above sea level.This is grown in Guatemala's northern and central high lands regions. Coffee is Guatemala's largest export. This has has EP in the title referring to European Preparation which involves hand sorting the beans to avoid defects in the mix.
